At last, I finally have our web connection back after being redirected to our web provider’s service page – because they ‘enhanced’ their system to serve their customers better…all I had to do was to log in our acct number and reference number and I’ll have the connection back and I can access my favorite websites again, duh! Their log in page was blank! How am I supposed to input an info when it’s all white!? Stupid smartbro…and what exactly do they mean ‘enhance’? The connection’s still SLOOOOW! What did I ever do to deserve this kind of service? We pay our monthly payments and frankly I am not satisfied with the way they provide their internet services! Oh, and by the way, if you try to call customer service and complain about the connection, they will always tell you that they are doing remote adjustments to the system…sure, but why is the connection always slow if you’re always doing remote adjustments? And if you call them a couple of times a week, just so you can get a real service and not just an excuse, one of their customer service representatives will hang up on you once you ask to speak to a supervisor, so much for customer service – SMARTBRO CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES ARE ALL INCOMPETENT!

Now that I think about it, both Smart Bro and Globe Broadband services almost always say the same thing. After two years we replaced service providers with Globe Broadband – it turns out it has a much slower internet connection! Most of the time, you won’t be able to connect; but if there is a connection, you’ll need an hour to load a 5 minute video from youtube. No, you can’t download any stuff from the web either – it’s virtually impossible. Plus, the fact that they are already billing you for next months services – is just unfair! Their monthly bills always come LATE! And if you try calling their customer service, they will ALWAYS say (without fail) they have an ongoing ‘SYSTEM ENHANCEMENT’ in our area. Hmmm, Smart Bro will say they are doing ‘REMOTE ADJUSTMENTS’ to their system. It’s not just Smart Bro that’s incompetent, it’s Globe as well…
